Paneer Butter Masala!!!

Ingredients:

Paneer 200 grams

Tomato puree 100 grams
Butter 25 grams
Fresh Cream 100 grams
Yoghurt 25 grams
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Cumin seed powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon ( This is dried Methi or Fenugreek leaves which you buy in a packet)
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cashew nuts 25 grams
Green chillies 2
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

Cut the paneer in small cubes.
Soak the cashew nuts in water for 10 minutes and grind to a paste.
Take half the quantit of yoghurt, cashew paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and the lemon juice to make the tandoori paste.
Apply this evenly on the paneer.
Cook the paneer in an oven for about 3-4 minutes.
Keep aside
Melt the butter in a deep bottomed pan.
Add chillies, tomato puree, remaining red chilli and garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric.
Sauté for a few seconds.
Sprinkle the kasoori methi.
Add the remaining curds and cashew paste.
Add the cream gradually.
Add the roasted paneer to the gravy.
Garnish with a little cream, coriander leaves and broken cashew pieces.
Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
