Sweet & Sour Vegetables!!!

Ingredients:
Paneer 250 gm
Ajinomoto 1 tsp.
Onion (big) 2
Soya sauce 6 tsp.
Tomato( big) 2
WorcestershireSauce 3 tsp.
Carrot 2
Corn flour 2 tbsp.
Pineapple (canned slices) 2
Vinegar 4 tbsp.
Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.
Water 1 cup
Salt 3 tsp.
Tomato sauce 4 tbsp.
Sugar 1/4 tsp.
Capsicum 2
Chilly Powder / Paste according to taste

METHOD
Cut onions, carrot, capsicum and tomato into thin and long strips. Cut pineapple into " strips. Slightly boil carrot. Heat oil in a kadahi. Put ginger, chilly powder and onion. Fry it for some time. Add water, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt, worcestershire sauce, aji-no-moto and all the vegetables. When it starts boiling, simmer for some time. Make a paste of cornflour in cup of water and add. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas. Serve hot with Chowmein or Hakka Noodles.
Serves: 6-8 adults
