Stuffed Shimla Mirch!!!

Ingrediients:
Green Capsicum 4
Paneer ( Cottage Chees) 1.5 Cups
Onion 1 Large
Kishmish(Raisins) 1 Tablespoon
Cashew Nuts ( Unlsalted) 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste 1 Tablespoon ( or finely chopped)
Chopped Green Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Lime Juice 1 Teaspoon
Chat Masala 1 teaspon
Salt to taste
Oil 3 Tablespoons

Instructions:
1. Wash the capsicums and cut them horizontally almost at the top so that you are left with a cup shaped piece which can be stuffed.
2. Remove the seeds and empty the capscium from inside.
3. Take a deep pan and heat two tablespoons of oil.
4. Fry the onions till golden brown.
5. Add the Ginger paste
6. Add the raisins, Cashews.
7. Add the Paneer ( Crumble it by hand first) and stir for a minute or two.
8. Remove from heat
9. Add chaat masala and salt.
10. Add lime juice.
11. Add chopped coriander.
12. Take the capsicums and steam them by taking a putting a deep pan on heat add 1/2 cup water, stand the capsicums in the pan and cover for 3 minutes .
or ( you could microwave them for 2 minutes on medium heat)
13.Take the capsicum and put them upside down to drain and dry them.
14. Smear the inside of the capsicums with some oil.
15. Fill the mixture in the capsicums.
16. Take a non stick pan and put 1 tablespoons of oil and keep the capscicums standing in the pan for few minute( on low heat).

Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
