Paneer do-pyaza!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds

2 Cloves
1/2 inch Cinnamon
2 Cardamoms (green)
1 Bay leaf
2 Chopped onions
1 tablespoon Chopped ginger
1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Chopped green chillies
2 medium Chopped tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 cup Yoghurt
1/2 cup Water
2 Sliced onions
300 grams Paneer
1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons Oil
Salt (As per taste)

Instructions:

1. Blanch and finely chop the tomatoes.
2. Chop the paneer into 1 inch cubes.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms and bay leaf.
4. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
6. Fry on a low flame for a few mintues, stirring often, till the onions are golden brown in colour.
7. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
8. Fry on a low flame for about 3 minutes and add the well beaten yoghurt.
9. Fry for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Add the water and salt and bring to a boil, then add the sliced onions and paneer.
11.Cover and cook on a low flame for about 5 minutes or until the paneer is mixed well with the masala.
12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with Naan, Rice or Roti
